How service data is collected, used, and retained.

REVISED / 6 SEPTEMBER 2026

1. Data we collect

DisPost stores the information needed to create and operate your account, including your username, email address, password hash, subscription and transaction records, scheduled message content, service logs, and credentials you submit for supported integrations.

Payment instructions and status are processed with Pakasir. DisPost stores the transaction references required to reconcile those payments.

2. How data is used

We use service data to operate schedules, deliver requested messages, process transactions, provide support, investigate failures, and protect the application from misuse.

3. Storage and security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Discord credentials are encrypted at rest with the application encryption key and are excluded from normal serialized output. HTTPS should be used for all production traffic.

No storage system is risk-free. Access is limited to people and systems that need it to operate or support the service.

4. Retention

We retain account and service data while your account is active and as needed for operations, security, transaction records, and legal obligations. You may request account deletion through support.

5. Your rights and contact

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to transaction-record and legal retention requirements. Contact privacy@dispost.my.id for privacy requests.
