At DisPost, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for Discord subscriptions and WhatsApp message credits.

Discord Autopost Subscriptions

Discord subscriptions (Free, Basic, Pro) are generally non-refundable once activated, as they provide immediate access to our automation services. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service outage: If our service experiences significant downtime (>24 hours) during your subscription period
  • Technical issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using core features, and our support team is unable to resolve them within 48 hours
  • Accidental purchase: If you made a duplicate purchase or purchased the wrong plan, contact us within 24 hours

WhatsApp Message Credits

WhatsApp message credits (Starter, Business) are non-refundable once purchased, as they:

  • Never expire and can be used at any time
  • Provide immediate access to our messaging API
  • Are consumed on a per-message basis

Exceptions may be made for:

  • Service failure: If our WhatsApp API fails to deliver messages due to our technical issues
  • Account suspension: If your account is suspended through no fault of your own

Free Trial

New users receive a 2-day free trial with limited features. No refund is necessary for the trial period, as no payment is collected.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase:

  • Email: support@dispost.my.id
  • Include your account email, order ID, and reason for the refund request
  • Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days (depending on your payment provider)
  • Your subscription or credits will be deactivated upon refund

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Account suspension due to terms of service violations
  • Issues caused by invalid Discord tokens or WhatsApp credentials
  • Messages blocked by Discord or WhatsApp due to policy violations
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase
