DisPost provides automated messaging services for Discord and WhatsApp platforms, including:

• Bulk WhatsApp messaging via API credits
• Multi-account management
• Message analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your Discord tokens and WhatsApp credentials are valid
• Compliance with Discord and WhatsApp's terms of service
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use DisPost to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Payment and Billing

By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide accurate payment information
• Understand that subscriptions are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
• Acknowledge that WhatsApp credits never expire but are non-transferable

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DisPost and PT Kilat Media Teknologi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, abuse of the service, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
